I won't be posting any "before" pictures, because that would be now, and, honestly, I am not ready to share all that with the rest of the world.
But I will promise you this, I will post "after" pictures (in July)!
The club will officially open this Sunday, March 30th and close Sunday, July 27th.
I would love for you to participate. Just post a comment on this post and tell me that you're in. We'll disclose any extra details later (weight, goals...).
Then, we'll change some eating habits, start some exercising, and follow a beauty regimen that will get us to July in a better shape than the one we're in now.
The only thing I ask for is that you do what I ask you to do. Otherwise it won't work. You start with me, you work out with me, you diet with me, you exfoliate with me, you get the picture...
What are my qualifications as Drill Sergeant of the Bikini Club?
Practice: I've exercised and practiced yoga for many years. Never regularly (my excuse was always "I don't really need it"), but now I think I've hit the point where "I think I do need it". Regularly.
Experience: I've been on a diet a few times in my life. I've help a few people successfully lose weight.
Determination: If you tell me I can't do it, you just gave me an extra reason to do it. I quit smoking (a 10 years habit) in a house occupied by 3 heavy smokers. It's been 5 years now. Not one puff since (I live on my own now, in a smoke-free place).
Vanity: Well, let's face it, who wants to look bad? Why would you ever stop taking care of yourself and the way you look?
