Awesome Daisy! Congratulations!
congratulations on winning the beautiful necklace :)
Thank you all for your gracious and sweet responses, thank you NYSpender. (Am I sounding like I'm accepting an Oscar?) Stunned, totally stunned. I have never won anything, not the church lottery, not the thanksgiving turkey, --Allow me to correct myself, I did win for the best Halloween constume in 1997. What a way to start! I will view the prize not merely as a beautiful necklace but a lovely sign of productive and joyful life opportunities to come. I've had so much fun with you ladies here I hope you will stay around. Thank you NYSpender for creating this blog.
That was close. I was number 5.
Congrats Daisy!! :) I'm so happy for you - everyone should get a chance to win something! :D
I win by reading.
I have a huge crush on Bullitt.
I agree, Bullitt is a beautiful/adorable cat. I've thought so for a long time. From his photos he seems to have alot of personality and character. I love that his ears are round rather than the usual pointy ears typical of cats. What kind of a cat is he? While I am allergic to cats, I would recommend Bullitt's breed to all cat lovers I know. I think they too would develop crushes on Bullitt on sight.
Bullitt is an American Curl, a relatively new breed (1980s), with ears curled back (the cartilage is hard like human ears, as opposed to soft like other cats). The first cat was the product of a spontaneous genetic mutation, and it was actually a stray cat, found by this couple that then started breeding it. And so the American Curl breed was born. He's like a baby, he cuddles in the morning, he cries for attention, he talks my ears off when I blog because I am not playing with him... he's very friendly, he can be clumsy, and he has way too much hair to shed. And he would love you girls.
Bullitt needs to keep making appearances - he is just too gorgeous!!!!
