Summer Fit Club

Ok, here it is!

The SUMMER FIT CLUB!


It's time to get off our butts and get ready for Summer (God knows I need it!).

The course of this program will be from February until May, for a beauty of 4 full months of food deprivation and kick-a$$ exercises. Are you excited yet?!?  ;)

WE START ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 3RD. 
SO PIG OUT THIS WEEKEND IF YOU NEED TO!!!

I'm going to try to be as simple as possible so here are the first pointers:

1) Sign up for Pinterest and follow me there


There is a Summer Fit Club board where we will post inspirational pictures, recipes, exercise routines, and screenshots of our walking apps. You need to send me your Pinterest user name so I can add you to the board so that you can pin on it too. This will be a big part of our Club, so don't skip it!

2) Get a pedometer or download a walking app (I use Moves, it costs $2.99) that will keep track of how much you walk. Another big part of our routine.

3) If you can, buy a juicer, or a blender, because there will be juices.

4) Come back on Monday to get your first weekly assignment and a schedule.

5) Enjoy this weekend!!!  ;)

Sounds good and perfect timing! I have 3 mos to lose weight so I can fit into the MoB dress I love :-)
