What do you do when you start to lose motivation? When the pounds stop coming off? When you're tired, bored and hungry?
You keep going. You look at yourself in the mirror, accept the fact that you're human, and you keep going. You're obviously doing this because you love yourself, so remember that. You love yourself and you want to take care of yourself. And that means not stuffing your face with all kind of unhealthy foods. Not being lazy around the house. Not saying "what's the point?"
The point is that YOU and only YOU can take care of YOU. No one else can do this for you.
And if sometimes the pounds don't come off as fast as you would like, well, it's ok. You need to accept that. And keep going. Accept yourself for what you are and then try to make it better.
